Employment Type: Freelance
Working Hours - 2 Hrs per day (Thrice a week)

About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and experienced NTT Teacher Trainer for training aspiring nursery and preschool teachers with a strong background in Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver online training sessions to NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) participants
- Guide trainees on classroom management, child observation, and lesson delivery.
- Evaluate trainee performance through written assignments, classroom presentations, and teaching demos.
- Provide constructive feedback + query solving of the participants
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Education
- Prior experience as a Teacher Trainer is preferred
- Strong understanding of NTT curriculum, teaching methodologies, teaching materials, and classroom management strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Comfortable conducting online sessions and using digital tools
Note: The Trainer should be available for training sessions scheduled between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM
