Additionally, you will oversee the work of the care team through quality assurance checks and stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular staff meetings with the care team to communicate important updates and address any concerns.
• Motivate staff members to uphold high standards of patient care and provide exceptional service to international patients.
• Develop work schedules for the care team, ensuring a balanced workload for each staff member.
• Ensure accurate documentation and accountability of every patient within the Patient Care Program.
• Oversee the work of the care team by conducting regular quality assurance checks to maintain service excellence.
• Attend seminars and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare, sharing relevant information with the team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a patient coordinator or healthcare administrator.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and international patients.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations, including patient care protocols and procedures.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality patient care at all times.
• Up-to-date knowledge of advancements and trends in healthcare through continuous learning and attending relevant seminars.
