The No Gammin – Koori Pathways Program is designed to support the development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff in entry-level roles within the Department of Communities and Justice. The program aims to build a talent pool to fill ongoing and temporary positions in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area and Regional NSW.
Selected participants will be employed by the Department of Communities and Justice and enrolled in a Certificate III in Business course, with intakes scheduled for October, February, and June. Training will be delivered during business hours through a combination of face-to-face blocks and online sessions.
Key responsibilities include providing clerical and administrative support, using computer systems to accurately enter data, and working effectively in a fast-paced court registry environment. Candidates should possess strong time management skills, a professional demeanor, and enjoy working in a supportive team environment.
We offer a challenging and rewarding career with flexible work arrangements, competitive pay and conditions, training opportunities, and access to employee assistance programs.
