Now Hiring: Client Service Representative (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative to join our veterinary team!

This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to transition to full-time in December.

Our Client Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients and patients. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Communicating with clients and supporting the veterinary team
Helping create a welcoming, efficient experience for every visit
What we're looking for:

Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Strong organizational and computer skills
Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
A genuine love for animals and their people
