Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare meals for large groups of people
Supervise a team of Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room employees
Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and safe work practices
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
Cert III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
Bulk catering experience
Valid driver's licence
