We are currently looking for profile's of "Executive - Operations" for our Jaipur office.

I'd like to tell you a little more about this position - entailed is the job description of the profile:
• Support & provide customer service via chats/Calls
• Handling customer queries.
• Complete responsibility of managing and maintaining the Clients.
• Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned.
• Build relationships with the given client accounts to get repeat business.
• Should be able to answer servicing questions.
• Provide prompt solutions for the queries and should execute them.
• Be polite in calls and maintain the quality in every call they handle for the entire day.
• Handling Operations part as well
