Background working in non-urgent patient transportation services
Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR (HCP level), Emergency First Response (EFR), or an equivalent credential
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service
Clear, professional communication skills, including phone interactions
Strong ability to manage time effectively and remain composed under pressure
Comfortable using computers for data entry and general administrative task
Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of safe patient handling and transport procedures
Leadership, supervision, or training experience is considered an asset
Valid Class G driver’s license in good standing
Clean driving record
Successful completion of a criminal background check, including Vulnerable Sector Screening
