We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and visitors and ensuring they have a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our front desk, handling incoming calls, and performing general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
● Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
● Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
● Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures).
● Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
● Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
● Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
● Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
● Update calendars and schedule meetings.
● Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
Requirements:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
● Professional attitude and appearance.
● Good written and verbal communication skills..
