Job Description :
• PHP Team Lead We seek a motivated individual with drive to lead others to a career growth path. Your experience must include a minimum of 5 years working in a PHP / MySQL Development role on web based applications.
• You must also have Team Lead experience for this role.
• Responsibilities establishing ways for team members to complete their tasks. Creating communication channels between the team and other departments.
• Time sheet management Proper resource management Proper time management Quality management
Responsible for identifying project risk Training and Guidance Testing and requirements gathering
Skills :
• Minimum 5 7 years of experience.
• Experience in handing a team of at least 45 Developers Relevant experience in developing and programming interactive web applications Development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Candidates with expertise in the PHP framework, Laravel will be preferred.
• Candidates with good knowledge of Node and React JS will be preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and identify and implement the best solution.
• Should be able to maintain source code and analyze and fix bugs wherever necessary.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Developing and maintaining complex webbased applications.
• Good understanding of accessibility considerations and web standards.
Desired Skills and Competencies :
• Proven software development experience in PHP.
• Excellent programming skills with good understanding of Object oriented programming concepts.
• Good knowledge of PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter/ CakePHP/ YII/ Laravel). Knowledge of Laravel is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to be a selfstarter, prioritize your work, stay organized, and work well in a team.
• Extensive knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) including complex SQL queries.
• Handson experience in Backend and RESTbased API Development.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

B.Tech. / M.Tech. / MCA / Diploma (A Level/ B Level/ O Level
