Night Warehouse Operative

Job description
First Choice Staff are looking for a Night Warehouse Forklift Operative for a Freight Forwarder based in Colnbrook.

Monday to Friday 20.00pm - 06.00am

Salary: Up to GBP32,000

Duties:

· Receiving inbound and outbound export and import freight.

· Booking in freight

· Loading and unloading of vehicles using forklift truck

· Sort and split freight as per customer Standard Operating Processes

· Control of all goods received, handled, and despatched throughout the warehouse

· Ensure compliance with all company and legal requirements with special attention to aviation and premises security, health and safety and dangerous goods handling.

· Reporting any operational queries to relevant Supervisor / Manager

· Develop and maintain good, professional working relationships with other departments and external suppliers.

You will require:

· Counterbalance Forklift Licence

· Level CO (cargo operative trained/certificate)

· Checkable 5 year history

· Have worked within a warehouse environment

· Car driver - Colnbrook based
