Job Description
We are hiring a Production Supervisor in Scarborough, ON!
Job Must Haves
• 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing supervisor
• Comfortable supervising 20+ people
• Experience in the food industry
• Continuous improvement experience
Job Duties
• Manage and direct colleagues and activities on the line to meet overall performance objectives for safety and quality
• Schedule line staffing processes to ensure colleagues are trained and have the necessary skills to perform duties safely and effectively
• Provide proactive safety leadership for the line, ensuring STOP observations and accident incident reports are completed, findings reviewed, root causes identified, and corrective actions completed
• Deliver quality products that meet specifications and are right the first time, ensuring all quality parameter checks are done correctly, on-time, and recorded in the Quality Suite database
• Lead and drive root cause identification activities and implement corrective and preventative action plans for line losses
• Drive product improvements on lines, ensuring presentation aligns with recipes (center-line in control)
Shift
• Midnight shift
• Must be open to working weekends*
Pay
• Starting at $35.00 an hour

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
