Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring effective resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
• Follow scripts and guidelines while also personalizing interactions based on customer needs.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive training.
• Working Hours
• Part-time night shift positions available, with shifts typically from 10 PM to 6 AM or 11 PM to 7 AM.
