NIGHT MANAGER ON DUTY (HOSPITAL)
A reputed hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Manager on Duty to oversee hospital operations during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate hospital activities during night hours.
Ensure smooth patient care and departmental coordination.
Handle patient/attendant concerns and emergency situations.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and shift operations.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
