Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Night Manager On Duty. The Night Manager will oversee hospital operations during night shifts, ensuring efficient administration and smooth functioning across departments. Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing patient or visitor concerns, monitoring critical services, and managing unexpected situations or emergencies. The individual will act as the primary liaison between night staff and senior management to ensure seamless operations during non-business hours.
Qualifications
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee staff during night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for handling emergencies and unexpected situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, patients, and families
• Organizational and time management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in hospital or healthcare operations is highly preferred
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
• A degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is a plus
