A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT MANAGER AT ALOFT LIVERPOOL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:
• Oversee the operations of the hotel during night time hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and security.
• Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management, ensuring billing and accounting procedures are accurate.
• Supervise night staff effectively, providing training to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
• Work alongside the Front Office Manager to manage staff performance.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality & potential, but here are a few of our requirements:
• Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Opera and basic accounting principles.
