We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team at dhannak as a Fashion cum Print Assistant Designer.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of textile and printing technical details and a keen eye for current fashion trends.

This role involves creating captivating designs, executing the sampling process, managing timelines, and overseeing materials sourcing. The candidate will also create engaging social media posts and collaborate with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and create new designs in line with brand philosophy.
Promote out-of-the-box thinking for product innovations.
Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments.
Create concepts, mood boards and trend boards.
Coordinate with vendors and teams for sample making and end-to-end coordination.
Review samples on models to secure good fits.
Ensure desirable design approval ratio and provide regular feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters in Fashion Design from NIFT/NID is a must.
0-4 years of full-time experience in fashion print design in Retail, Apparel manufacturing or Craft Sector.
Proven experience with expertise in Women's, Men's, and Kids wear.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Rush and Coral Draw.
Good technical knowledge of garment construction and finish.
Good at Sketching with an excellent sense of colour.

Fresher: Upto Rs. 25,000/- per month (in hand) plus a 10% Bonus on successful yearly evaluation
