Profile Summary
About the Role
As a New Store Opening Manager (NSO Manager), you will be the key Project Manager responsible for all opening of Roll’d stores to procedure. You will be the main conduit between all internal stakeholders (i.e. Property, Design and Construction, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between all to deliver a successful and timely new store opening.
As the project manager, you will uphold compliance to internal and service provider procedures, whilst also ensuring that the new site is operated in a safe manner. In this role, you will continually provide advocacy to improve our systems and tools and work collaboratively with the internal team and external parties accordingly.
Role will include:
· Lead expansion of the retail footprint through location identification, site option creation through Real estate team
· Finalise options and push for negotiation closure through RE team
· Coordinate with VM and projects team to churn store layout & façade design
· Push for timely handover of properties from real estate to EPC team
· Liaising with group EPC team for fitouts execution
· Ensure fitout works takes place as per UL quality standards
