Maintain an organized, clean, and safe jobsite
Represent New Roots Construction professionally with clients and trade partners

New Roots Construction is looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter who takes pride in creating clean lines, seamless finishes, and precise craftsmanship. We specialize in premium residential remodeling and custom construction. Our clients expect exceptional results, and we’re looking for someone who shares that standard.
What You’ll Do
• Install and fit cabinetry, interior trim, doors, windows, custom millwork, built-ins, crown molding, and other high-quality finish carpentry details.
• Read plans and execute finish details accurately.
• Work closely with project leads to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot and adapt when existing conditions require creative solutions.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe jobsite.
• Represent New Roots Construction professionally with clients and trade partners.
