Responsibilities

Assist licensed RMTs in providing therapeutic massage treatments to clients
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a clean, comfortable environment for clients
Engage with clients to understand their needs and health concerns
Maintain accurate and confidential client records following clinic protocols
Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation procedures
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development activities
Qualifications

Recent graduation from an accredited massage therapy program and valid registration or licensing as an RMT
Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand client needs
A positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their wellness goals
Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
