We’re currently expanding our network of attorneys to help clients fight traffic tickets throughout New Jersey.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Ticket Defense Attorney licensed in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom knowledge, proven experience handling traffic matters, and a solid track record of successfully fighting tickets.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in municipal courts across New Jersey.
Review, assess, and strategize defenses for traffic citations.
Provide clear and professional communication with clients.
Negotiate with prosecutors where applicable.
Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal requirements.
Qualifications:

Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
Strong courtroom knowledge and comfort appearing regularly in court.
Demonstrated track record of handling and contesting traffic tickets.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Preferred Experience:

Experience handling high volumes of traffic ticket cases.
Familiarity with municipal court procedures throughout NJ.
Compensation:
Competitive and based on experience. Flexible structure available (per-case or volume-based).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
