New Business Development Opportunity
We are looking for a New Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective lead management and sales conversion strategies to acquire new customers.
• Manage inbound leads provided by the team, follow up with calls and emails to convert leads into sales.
• Explain our services clearly and convert leads into sales using strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in Outbound Sales.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, active listening, confidence, and a soft-spoken demeanor, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, high adaptability and accountability.
