Job Description
New Business Marketing Manager - 12 FTC £45,000 to £50,000
We are delighted to be partnering with an independent media agency who is seeking a Business Development Senior Manager/Account Director to join our team their team a 12-month maternity cover. Our client is looking for someone to drive their new business forwards and support across all marketing initiatives.
New Business Development:
Oversee and manage the pitch process, ensuring high-quality outputs
Conduct research and identify new business prospects
Marketing Support:
~ Assist with our clients marketing plan, including managing activities across social media, the website, blogs, awards submissions, events, thought leadership pieces, video content, and PR.
Provide line management for the Business Development Executive, supporting their professional growth and development.
Experience with CRM systems (such as Hubspot).
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and perform well under pressure.
Experience in a business development team within a media or tech environment, ideally in a media agency, or experience as a media planner or client lead looking to transition into a business development role
