Job Description
Join a growing neurology service at the leading referral and teaching hospital for Northern British Columbia.
Northern Health is seeking a General Neurologist to join the Department of Internal Medicine at the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia (UHNBC) in Prince George. The successful candidate will join an established neurology team providing inpatient consultations, ambulatory care, and on-call services while contributing to the continued growth of neurology services for the region.
UHNBC offers access to advanced diagnostic and clinical resources including MRI, CT, a well-established neurophysiology laboratory, a specialized Memory Clinic, and a Multiple Sclerosis Clinic. There are also opportunities to participate in the ongoing development of stroke and epilepsy programs. As a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of British Columbia's Northern Medical Program, physicians have excellent opportunities to become involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.

Compensation & Incentives
• Estimated earnings: $500,000+
• Recruitment incentive: $15,000
• Relocation assistance: $9,000-$15,000
