Role Overview:
As a QA Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of the quality team. You won't just find bugs; you will:
Diagnose & Resolve: Tackle complex technical issues across high-speed networks and Linux/Unix environments—becoming the go-to expert for deep-dive troubleshooting.
Lead & Mentor: Guide junior engineers, helping them sharpen their investigative skills and technical intuition.
Own the Lifecycle: Drive the QA phase from initial architecture review through final resolution, ensuring system stability in production-grade environments.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, author high-quality technical documentation, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
Bridge Teams: Collaborate closely with Dev, DevOps, and R&D specialists to escalate critical issues and streamline communication.
What You Bring to the Table
Technical Foundation:
Experience: 3–5 years in a technical Quality Engineering or Systems Validation role.
Systems Expertise: Deep proficiency in Linux-based application testing, including strong command of Bash and system internals.
Networking: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, firewalls, and routing. Basic exposure to 4G/5G Core, AAA, and network security concepts is highly valued.
Modern Stack: Working knowledge of distributed technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Docker, and Microservices.
Automation: Expert proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with keyword-driven testing in Robot Framework.
Data Integrity: Familiarity with validating high-concurrency in-memory or distributed databases.
Root-Cause Analysis: A proven track record of isolating bottlenecks in complex, multi-tiered architectures.
Professional Skills:
Technical Communicator: Ability to translate "bits and bytes" into clear status updates for diverse stakeholders.
Investigative Mindset: A logical, persistent approach to reproducing edge-case software defects.
