Maintain and optimize the company's network infrastructure to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Identify and resolve network issues in a timely and effective manner.
Utilize technical expertise and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Continuously monitor and assess network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network stability and consistency.
Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends and make recommendations for network enhancements.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Adhere to company policies and standards for network operations.
Participate in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and new projects.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Conduct network trainings and workshops to educate team members on best practices and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of network equipment, licenses, and warranties.
Continuously strive to improve network efficiency and reduce costs.
