Network Engineer(Mandarin Required)
Job Description
A. Network Operations:
Installation, inspection, fault localization, troubleshooting, and configuration changes of network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points within the warehouse to ensure stable operation of the warehouse network.
Routine inspection, device testing, fault localization, and device replacement of CCTV cameras and other video equipment, providing technical support for warehouse quality control management.
Asset management of warehouse network equipment and video equipment.
B. System Operations:
Building, monitoring, fault localization, and troubleshooting of servers to ensure their stable operation.
Analyzing and coordinating internal resources to handle on-site customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Asset management of server equipment.
C. Desktop Operations:
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of information equipment such as desktop computers, laptops, printers, telephones, and video conferencing systems.
Installation and troubleshooting of related system software such as Windows, Outlook, and Office, as well as regular system patch updates and malware prevention.
Asset management of office equipment.
D. Project Implementation:
Driving negotiations with procurement suppliers to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.
Overseeing on-site implementation of infrastructure projects within the warehouse, ensuring timely and quality delivery for operations.
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for candidates with at least 5 years of work experience.
IT certifications such as Cisco, Aruba, Redhat are desirable.
MCSE and RHCE certifications are preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is advantageous.
Industry Skills:
Proficiency in managing and optimizing common firewalls, switches, and wireless controllers.
In-depth knowledge of common server hardware.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Vsphere, and Xen.
Thorough understanding of network protocols for telephony (SIP, IAX2).
In-depth knowledge of popular network services including PowerDNS, Postfix, VsFTP, SQUID, Tomcat, and Nginx.
Practical experience with monitoring systems like Zabbix and Nagios.
Knowledge of IP CCTV and H265+ protocol.
Proficiency in Linux management and optimization (CentOS or RedHat).
Project management and planning skills.
Fast learning ability, capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving based on manuals, and tracking and recording daily issues.
Experience in software and hardware testing, with a preference for candidates with scripting language skills, data manipulation skills, or a foundation in learning.
Experience in customer support or operations, warehouse management, system maintenance, or automation equipment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
