Operations Troubleshooting: Monitor MPLS network health; perform L2

Deployment Migration: Execute site commissioning/decommissioning and perform logical migrations of customer services between hardware platforms.
Maintenance Window (MW) Execution: Carry out configuration changes and hardware replacements during night-time/early-morning maintenance windows. Follow detailed
Method of Procedures (MOPs) to ensure zero-touch service impact.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all changes, update network topology diagrams, and provide comprehensive shift-handover reports to ensure continuity.
Required Skills
3 5 years of experience in service provider environments.
Proficiency in Cisco IOS-XR, MPLS, BGP, and QoS.
Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle high-pressure environments during night-time cutovers.
