Network Engineer L1

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor junior team members.

Location : NEW DELHI

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring network problems.
• Ensure adherence to network security policies and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support IT and infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)
• Upto 1 - 2 years of experienced candidates preferred.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment.
• Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling enterprise or large-scale networks.
