Job Title: Network Engineer Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon Experience: 4 - 8 Years Skills: Aruba, SDWAN, CUCM Role & responsibilities - Hands on experience of managing, configuring and troubleshooting (Including Remote) L2/L3 switches, ACL management and QoS policy, Firmware Upgradation. Configuration, management and troubleshooting experience of SD-WAN Gateways, Firewalls and Load Balancer with positive hands on of Palo Alto Panorama. Experience and Knowledge in managing and troubleshooting DHCP and DNS. Configuration and Updating Aruba Central, Airwave, ClearPass Knowledge and experience of managing, configuring and troubleshooting Wireless infrastructure including WAPs, controllers etc. Experience in Cisco CUCM (Having certification will be an added advantage) including experience of managing and configuring VoIP phones Hands on experience in SolarWinds, NPM, NCM, NTA and NAM to monitor, automate and manage Network Operations Knowledge of Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management as per ITIL Field Dispatch Coordination and transition management Monitoring: ISP, Network, Infrastructure, Incident Logging, Resolution, Issue Triage, escalation and resolution. Live experience of Vulnerability and Patch Management Backup configuration, maintenance and management Experience in defining, and maintaining operational documentation Having CCNA, PCNSE, Aruba ACSP/ACCP is preferred.
