About the Opportunity - Infrastructure Engineer - Hiring Immediately
As they approach full production rollout, we are expanding the platform engineering team and hiring for a hands‑on Infrastructure Engineer who thrives on driving operational excellence, reliability, security, and cloud cost optimization. RRSP Match, Dental Care, Extended Health Care, and Vision Care. Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic performance monitoring, centralized logging.
Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace migrations, SSO, OAuth, OIDC authentication workflows. Enhance existing cloud-native infrastructure, improve deployment reliability, and optimize cloud configurations for maximum cost efficiency. Build out comprehensive monitoring, metrics, and alerting pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic to streamline root-cause analysis.
Enforce IAM least-privilege access, manage network policies, configure load balancers/ingress controllers, and handle secure secret management. Deep practical experience with production-grade Kubernetes administration, scaling, and Helm chart deployment management.
Core Networking & Security: Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, VPC management, VPNs, ingress controllers) and a strong understanding of cloud security best practices. A proactive professional comfortable balancing long-term strategic automation with day-to-day platform troubleshooting and support. #
