Job Summary
MedIntelx is looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of network systems in a healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, install, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime
Implement and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-based networking solutions
Ensure network security through firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls
Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management
Collaborate with system administrators, DevOps, and security teams
Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and processes
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–4 years of hands-on experience in networking
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols like OSPF/BGP)
Experience with firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Wireshark)
Understanding of cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus)
Knowledge of network security best practices
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
