Responsibilities
The SR Network & Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the enterprise server systems and applications including monitoring and reporting for adherence to the organization’s security policies to ensure compliance
Manage help desk and monitor end user tickets with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction
Responsible for the ongoing support of all game day tasks and associated events at the facilities
Enterprise Infrastructure & Systems Administration
Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure, including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, virtualization, storage, and cloud environments
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms, including Okta
Configure, deploy, administer, and support Windows Server, Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems
Maintain and administer Cisco networking infrastructure, including routing, switching, and wireless environments
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory
Design, implement, and support distributed network environments across multiple facilities
Oversee VMware vSphere and other virtualization platforms to ensure optimal server performance and availability
Administer enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and maintain backup and disaster recovery systems
Manage JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM) to ensure macOS devices remain compliant with organizational policies and security standards
