Your Mission
This is a unique opportunity for a NetSuite specialist to grow within a venture capital-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As our NetSuite Analyst you will have a lot of responsibility for the processes and work flows that run through NetSuite and will work closely with the management team to make and execute the best decisions for our business.
• You manage the rollout process of new assets including data migration, integration, system set up, user onboarding and documentation.
• You support business users with issues and enhancement requests
• You monitor system performance, interfaces and workflows and respond to any issues
• You update our users, roles, and profiles on a regular basis
• You will take the lead to drive user adoption by holding regular training sessions and creating training materials for our ERP users
• You develop and maintain policies and guidelines to ensure constant data integrity
• You work closely with the management teams to figure out methodical solutions for our business development.
Your Profile
• You have a university degree in a relevant field
• You have 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite integration, customizations and data migration
• You have strong NetSuite technical knowledge.
• You have Celigo integrator knowledge (Secondary skill)
• You have a strong understanding of business processes with a focus on purchasing, sales, warehousing and inventory management.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• You are proficient in working with data set and efficiently processing heterogeneous data into a consistent format.
• Any certifications in NetSuite or NetSuite cloud are a plus, also experience with other iPaaS solutions and e-commerce/Amazon experience are beneficial as well.
