Job Description
Deploying & managing NetApp storage primarily ONTAP.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to NetApp storage, connectivity, performance.

Hardware Return and Replace: Coordinate and manage hardware RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes. Handle the logistics of returning, replacing, and tracking faulty hardware components.

Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates, explanations in a clear and professional manner.

Collaboration with NetApp Support: Work closely with NetApp support to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Internal Reporting: Create and maintain reporting as per requirement.

Requirements
- Certifications: NetApp ASE2 or ASE3 (Authorized Service Engineer) certification (Preferred)


Hours of Work


Normal working hours are from Monday to Friday, * am to 6 pm with one (1) hour break.

Standby 24x7

Experience:


- Minimum of [3-5 years] of experience in NetApp storage support.


- Experience in hardware return & replace management.


Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC) and network infrastructure related to storage.


Additional certifications in storage or networking (e.g., NCDA, NCSA). (Preferred)

Knowledge of NetApp storage solutions, including ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, and NetApp data protection solutions.
