Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide them with information about products and promotions
• Assist customers in finding the right products based on their requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash registers
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
