We have an urgent opening for RECRUITER / TALENT ACQUISITION for work from OFFICE in HR REMEDY INDIA, Baner, Pune
INDUSTRY - IT / BFSI / AUTOMOTIVE / MANUFACTURING / EPC /
(We have multiple openings for recruiters / senior recruiters / team lead)
About HR REMEDY INDIA !
HR REMEDY INDIA is 14+ years old Pune based HR COMPANY working in all HR services for 1200+ clients.
1) HR Remedy India has successfully completed 14+ years in the corporate world.
2) Pioneer of "HR (Human Resource) Practical Training" in the Indian market. Providing different HR Services (Recruitment, RPO, Corporate Training, HR Consulting, Payroll Outsourcing, HR Generalist Practical Training, HR Shared Services, HR Audit Services etc)
Designation - Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (IT / NON IT)
Experience Minimum 1 year in RECRUITMENT.
Job Role:
• Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates) for CLIENTS.
• Confirming placement through proper screening, regular follow-up and good relationship with the candidates.
• Ability to work with normal sourcing avenues such as Job Portals, Social Networking, References, Head Hunting etc as well as to Innovate new recruiting techniques.
• Excellent Understanding of domain / industry from a recruiter standpoint.
Desired Profile:
Candidates who are working in a 100% recruitment profile then only apply.
Required skills:
1. Candidates should have good knowledge about JOB portal,Cv screening,and talking to candidates.
2. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
3. Candidates should be comfortable for a target-based job.
