Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable and robust Java applications, proficiency in Spring and Hibernate frameworks, and a strong understanding of containerization with Docker. Additionally, experience in workflow management systems will be a significant :
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Work on the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Implement and maintain data models using Hibernate.
• Utilize Spring Framework for building enterprise-level applications.
• Develop and deploy applications using Docker containers.
• Design and implement workflow management systems to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proven experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of containerization using Docker.
• Experience in designing and implementing workflow management systems.
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
• Domain knowledge in IoT, CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with BPMN and related tools
