Female NDIS Support Worker Required – Mount Evelyn, VIC
Immediate Start Available
Vitality Support Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female NDIS Support Worker to support a female participant in Mount Evelyn, Victoria.
About the Participant
You will be supporting a friendly 30-year-old woman who enjoys community outings, music, sensory activities, swimming, shopping, and spending time in familiar and supportive environments. She requires assistance with all aspects of daily living and benefits from support workers who are patient, calm, engaging, and person-centred.
Key Responsibilities
Personal care and hygiene support
Community access and social participation
HOIST transfers and wheelchair support
Mealtime assistance and hydration support
Following health management plans and support guidelines
Providing emotional support and maintaining a positive environment
Assisting with sensory activities, music, and community outings
Accurate progress notes and incident reporting
Essential Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Experience supporting participants with complex needs
Understanding of epilepsy support and seizure management
Experience with manual handling and hoist transfers
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available to attend a Meet and Greet on Friday, 19 June
