Job Description
El Pinoy Care Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable NDIS Support Worker to support a new NDIS participant located in Whalan, NSW (near Mount Druitt).
About the Role
The participant is an adult living with the effects of a stroke and requires one-to-one support to promote independence and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one community access support
Transport the participant to medical appointments
Assist with lunch outings and meaningful community activities
Support the participant with mobility and cognitive changes following a stroke
Build a consistent, respectful, and supportive working relationship
Availability Required
Monday
Wednesday
Friday
Please note that shift times may vary based on the participant's support needs.
Essential Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Valid working rights in Australia
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing quality support
Experience supporting participants with mobility and/or cognitive changes is highly regarded
Location
Whalan, NSW (near Mount Druitt)
