Hours: Approximately 15-25 hours per week initially, with the possibility to increase as the role develops and the business grows
Rate: $60.00 per hour plus super

We are now seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join us in a contractor capacity. This role is suited to someone who is confident, proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting participants to build capacity, exercise choice and control, and connect with the right supports.
About the Role
This is more than a standard Support Coordination role.
You will work closely with the Director to support existing Level 2 and Level 3 participants, ensure high-quality service delivery, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the business.
The role will commence at approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for hours to increase as the Support Coordinator develops in the role and the business continues to grow.
This is primarily a remote role, however face-to-face participant visits may be required across the Melbourne area from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
Assisting participants to exercise choice and control
Building strong, trusting relationships with participants, families, carers, and providers
Connecting participants with suitable and quality service providers
Negotiating and reviewing service agreements
Monitoring participant goals, progress, risks, and support needs
Preparing progress reports and documentation for NDIA plan reviews
Supporting participants with complex needs across Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordination
Maintaining clear, timely, and professional case notes and records
Contributing to the growth of the business through strong participant outcomes and quality service delivery
About You
We are looking for someone who is experienced, warm, organised, and confident working independently.
This role would suit someone who:
Has a minimum of 12 months’ NDIS Support Coordination experience
Has a strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant planning process
Can confidently manage their own caseload
Communicates clearly and professionally with participants, families, providers, and stakeholders
Is proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Values meaningful work, genuine relationships, and positive participant outcomes
Is interested in developing within the role and growing alongside a developing business
Is available to work remotely and complete face-to-face visits across Melbourne when required
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in NDIS Support Coordination
Relevant qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Allied Health, Disability, Mental Health, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Support Coordination role
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check
ABN
Appropriate contractor insurances
Ability to work remotely and manage your own workload
Ability to complete face-to-face visits across the Melbourne area when required
Strong written communication and documentation skills
