The Business Home Lending team provides dedicated Homes Lending support to our Small Business Banking (SBB), Regional and Agri-Business (RAB) and Commercial Banking (CB) segments of the Commonwealth Bank.
Do Work That Matters
Act as the primary point of contact for frontline teams to provide support on process or operational queries, connecting with internal stakeholders for SME guidance
Involvement in data analysis to provide broader insights to key business leaders
Complete and oversee key operational and process activities to provide business oversight
Effectively communicate requirements to stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Define problems and opportunities and perform data analysis that can be used to support or challenge business initiatives
Proactively identify areas for improvement across the business and connect with relevant stakeholders to successfully execute any enhancements
Risk activities and management including quality assurance activities
Learning and accreditation lead, aligning learning and change to support our people
We want to hear from you if you have:
Relevant frontline experience and knowledge of consumer products
A strong risk focus
The ability to apply analytical thinking and use data analysis in decision making
Well-developed skills across the MS Office suite including MS Excel & PowerPoint
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
Desirable: Experience working within a support team environment
