About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary National Manager to lead AUSTRAC's Digital Transformation Branch. Reporting to the General Manager, Transformation, you will drive the development and execution of AUSTRAC's digital strategy, oversee large-scale transformation projects, and foster a culture of innovation within the organisation. You will work closely with AUSTRAC's Executive Leadership Group, key internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver future-focused digital solutions that align with AUSTRAC's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with AUSTRAC's long-term goals and organisational priorities.
Manage large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
Foster a culture of innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and advanced analytics to enhance AUSTRAC's regulatory and intelligence capabilities.
Establish governance frameworks to manage fiscal accountability, compliance, and digital risks.
Collaborate with AUSTRAC's Executive Leadership Group, key internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver future-focused digital solutions.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in digital transformation and managing large-scale digital programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex digital transformation initiatives at a senior level, expertise in managing large-scale programs, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and a deep understanding of emerging digital technologies.
