Sales Expert - National Business Development Manager
Location: Ferntree Gully head office
Salary: OTE- 100k plus, role has a base of $75k plus super plus bonuses.
About Us: We are a leading company in the home robotics industry, providing high end home robotics products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales expert with experience in business development and fostering long-term relationships.
Job Description: As a Sales Expert, you will have a national mandate to further develop our wholesale channel. You must be a leader, self-motivated, and able to find and foster new business via cold approaches. You will be selling high-end robot mowers and pool cleaners to retailers, products that add a benefit to both the retailer and the end consumer .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Identify and approach potential new business opportunities nationally
Collaborate with a team
Achieve a KPI of 7 new dealers per month for the first 12 months
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development and sales.
Strong leadership and self-motivation skills.
Existing networks in the mower industry or pool industry would be highly regarded 4.
