Nail Salon reception manager-Sundays only
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nail Salon Reception Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy salon - Sundays only (11 am to 5 pm) and maybe other weekdays as a backup, if available. This key leadership role involves managing front-desk activities, turn management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and management skills, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment for clients and team members alike. Multilingual abilities and previous experience in retail or salon management are highly valued to enhance client interactions and team coordination.
Duties
Greet customers and assign mani/pedi chairs.
Provide customers with drinks.
Supervise front-desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing walk-in clients.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
Check out customers and manage POS transactions accurately.
Maintain excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and clients effectively.
Manage nail technician turns.
Support the technicians by washing/drying towels and adding towels to the towel steamer.
Light touchup and resetting of the mani/pedi chairs for the next customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125.00 per day
