Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
Provide information about services offered, including nail care and body waxing.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the reception area.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with nail care, body waxing, or related beauty services is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients positively.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
