Educational Qualification: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) with relevant subject expertise
Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate MYP English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum and demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a student-centered teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and structured lessons in English as per the IB MYP curriculum
Design unit plans, assessments, and lesson plans aligned with MYP objectives and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
Foster a stimulating learning environment focused on inquiry, creativity, and collaboration
Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
Assess student performance using formative and summative tools in line with MYP standards
Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress and academic reports
Actively participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher interactions
Guide students in developing critical thinking, communication, and writing skills
Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and school-wide learning initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in English or relevant discipline
B.Ed. degree is mandatory
2–5 years of teaching experience (IB MYP experience preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Familiarity with IB teaching philosophy, rubrics, and assessment criteria
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Proficient in using digital tools for blended/online learning
Passionate about student development and global education
Preferred Qualifications:
IB certified training (Category 1/2 MYP English – preferred)
Experience working in international schools or progressive learning environments
Open-minded, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
