Skilled Trades & Site Supervisor Roles – Commercial & Residential Construction

South Australia Full-time, ongoing
IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of Skyworld Pty Ltd, a South Australian construction contractor specialising in roofing, cladding and a broader range of building envelope and architectural construction works across both commercial and residential projects. Skyworld delivers integrated solutions including fencing, skylights, roof safety systems, balustrades, glazing, and architectural metal and facade detailing.
Due to secured work and continued growth, Skyworld is seeking experienced tradespeople and trade-based site supervisors to join its team.
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Welders
Roof Plumbers
Carpenters
Site Supervisors (Roof Plumbing or Carpentry background)
These are full-time, ongoing positions working across commercial and residential project sites throughout South Australia.
Key duties (depending on role):
Perform skilled trade work in accordance with drawings, specifications and Australian Standards
Carry out roofing, cladding, welding, carpentry and associated construction works on commercial and residential sites, dependent on trade background
Install and integrate fencing, skylights, roof safety systems, balustrades, glazing and architectural detailing as required
Read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications
Measure, fabricate, assemble and install materials and components
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
For Site Supervisors: lead trade teams on site, coordinate daily activities, monitor productivity and quality, and maintain WHS compliance while remaining hands-on where required
About you:
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated experience in commercial and/or residential construction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of WHS requirements
For supervisory roles, proven experience leading trade teams on site
Construction White Card and current driver’s licence required
What’s on offer:
Full-time, ongoing employment with Skyworld Pty Ltd
Salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per annum, depending on role, skills and experience
Approximately 38–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required
Employment conditions in line with applicable industrial instruments and legislation
Stable pipeline of commercial and residential projects
Location:
Projects across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
