Salary: 40,000+ per annum + Van + Fuel Card

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join their dedicated maintenance team. The company has a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality repairs and refurbishments for local authorities and housing associations. Role Overview

As a Multi-Trade Plasterer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair works in social housing properties, including both void and occupied homes. The role involves plastering as the primary trade, but also includes various other tasks such as tiling, carpentry, painting, and minor plumbing. You will be working closely with tenants, ensuring that repairs are completed to a high standard and within required time frames.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out multi-trade tasks, including painting, tiling, carpentry.
• Inspect works to ensure they meet client specifications and health and safety standards.
• Liaise with tenants and housing officers to communicate timelines and ensure satisfaction.
• Attend emergency repairs as required, ensuring a prompt and efficient response.
• Complete works via PDA, ensuring that jobs are logged and completed accurately.
• Work in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a multi-trader in social housing.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Valid UK driving licence (Full B).
• Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ/City Guilds in trade) are desirable.
• Knowledge of using a PDA device for work logging.
