Applicants must have the following qualifications:
Electrician - NVQ level 3
Plumbing - NVQ level 1-2
Carpentry - NVQ level 2-3
At least 2 years’ experience of each trade required
G & L Ray Consultants are pleased to be able to announce that we are welcoming a new Multiskilled Technician to our mobile team.
All applicants must be a fully fluent and fully qualified Electrician, Plumber AND Carpenter. You must also be fully accredited and have full insurance for all three trades listed above. It is essential that you have your own van and tools in order to join our Maintenance Operations Department.
Our fast expanding portfolio currently consists of a number of reputable Care Homes, Housing Associations, Schools and West/Central London Residential Blocks. We cover all areas across the South and M25 corridor.
We are offering a very favourable salary, depending on experience, for the suitably skilled candidate. We also offer flexible work hours mainly consisting of Monday to Friday. There may be, on occasion some Saturdays to cover emergency works.
Must be Able to:
• Demonstrate and provide at least 2 years Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry experience, qualifications and accreditation
• Work professionally, at all times with Residents and Clients
• Report to team Supervisors and Manager
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow instructions given by your supervisor
• Work well in a team and take responsibility for yourself.
• Compliant with all aspects of Health and Safety pertaining to relevant work area
• Report problems in usual work area to an immediate supervisor
• Understand the necessity of following and ensuring compliance with the directives in the Company Handbook.
• Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment provided by the Company is worn at all times.
• Give due care and attention to all production tasks.
Must Have:
• Own Van
• Own tools
• Full UK Driving License
• Good attendance record
• Good time keeping
• Strong work ethic
• Previous experience and qualifications
• Hands on skills
• Positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,700.00-£32,000.00 per year
