Job Description
ASMA is seeking a reliable and efficient Multi-Skilled Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance tasks across serviced apartments and client properties. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor civil repair works. He will be responsible for addressing client complaints, carrying out preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the properties are maintained to high standards, especially for expatriate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs for:
Electrical systems (lights, switches, DBs, wiring)
Plumbing systems (leakages, faucets, water pressure, geysers)
Salary & Benefits:
